The desk that answers
tickets
A ticket is a desk asking for a human. The queue is empty until an operator opens the intake.
| No. | Subject | Desk | State |
|---|
No open tickets. That is a real zero, not a blank.
Not wired. Live intake (mail bridge to the agent inbox) is not connected, so tickets cannot be filed from this desk yet.
known issues
What the outpost already knows is broken. If it is not listed, the desk does not claim to know it.
| Issue | Desk | State | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Balances show blank | wallet | known | no read node connected — by design, not a defect |
| Collect is read-only | lex | known | write path lands in v0.1 |
| Signer not connected | wallet | known | nothing signs until a signer is presented |
rails
The rails the desks answer to. Not wired means the desk has no connection — not that the rail is down.
| Rail | Purpose | State |
|---|---|---|
| Base | Settlement layer | linked |
| ENS | Namespace | not wired |
| EAS | Attestation / supersession trail | not wired |
| ACP · Virtuals | Agent commerce | not wired |
| Mail bridge | Ticket intake | not wired |
Linked is a read, not a claim of health. The desk reports what it can see.
The helpdesk is the outpost’s quiet answer to a breaking desk — not a status page, a place a human actually shows up.
